Migrates the 2 Xtend files in
com.avaloq.tools.ddk.xtext.format.ide(FormatIdeModule,FormatIdeSetup) to Java 21, following the repo's xtend-to-java skill. Module is now fully off Xtend:xtend-gen/removed and build.properties/.classpath/.project cleaned. Behaviour preserved (verified against the generated output).Part of a phased, one-module-per-PR Xtend→Java migration.
